⚠️ Important: The $25 fee covers digitizing only. Digitizing converts your artwork into an embroidery-ready file. Once your design is digitized, you will receive digital proofs for your approval along with a custom quote for the finished patches. Your final price is based on:

• Design complexity and stitch count
• Number of color changes
• Quantity ordered

Production does not begin until you have approved the proofs and accepted the quote. The $25 digitizing fee is non-refundable once digitizing has begun.

How to Get Started

1. Add this product to your cart and pay the $25 digitizing fee.
2. Email your logo or design file to finerthanfroghair@ymail.com with your order number.
3. Include your desired size, quantity, and any color notes.
4. We’ll digitize your design and send proofs + a custom quote within 1–2 business days.
5. Approve your proofs and quote — then production begins!

Accepted file formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS — 300 DPI or higher preferred.
